Registration and Confirmation

What is the period for registration?
You can register up to the day of the seminar. We also accept walk-ins, space permitting.
The only limit to the number of team members you bring is space limitations. The easiest way to register multiple people is via the website. If space is a problem, we will contact you directly to work out a solution. We offer discounts to multiple registrants from the same organization.
Our Web site will send you a confirmation email to print as a reminder. You do not need to bring anything but an ID to the seminar. We will also send you a hard copy in the mail a few days later. Individuals that register by phone will also receive a hard copy in the mail.

Transfer, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations 7 days or more prior to the seminar date will enable you to use the fee amount paid for future seminars. Due to costs associated with meals, space, equipment, etc, cancellations less than seven days will incur forfeiture of the entire fee.
We stand behind our seminars 100%. If you are not satisfied, we will arrange for you to attend another Seminar within 60 days at no charge. Alternatively, if another seminar is not provided within your field in the next 60 days, we will simply refund your entire fee. Please send an email via our customer service link within 48 hours of the completion of the seminar.

Seminar Leaders

Our presenters are leaders in their field that must pass a rigorous screening process based on years of experience, education and the ability to present and communicate effectively. They not only can speak well, their day to day business success is determined by using the skills they bring to the seminar in a very practical way. Among our leaders are CEO’s, Attorneys, Financial Directors, Human Resource Executives, Marketing Professionals and Business Owners that have proven experience, along with up-to-date information and best practices to share and discuss.

Seminar Hours and Attire

Generally, registration begins at 7:30 to 8:00 AM. We will have a representative near the entrance to the conference room that will provide you written materials and information on the topic.

Generally, seminars begin between 8:00 and 8:30 AM and end at 5:00 pm. Our seminar leaders determine lunch breaks and any other breaks to allow you to keep your business operating in your absence. The length of the presentation is also guided by the specific accreditation in the field of learning. All attendees will receive a detailed itinerary of the presentations prior to the seminar.

Casual business attire is appropriate.
Paramount Seminars routinely negotiates special room rates for attendees that must travel outside the city of the seminar. Please ask us whether there are special room rates for the evening before and day of the seminar.
Once you register, either online or via the phone, you will receive a registration confirmation via e-mail or regular United States mail.
